A regal red blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. It's been crafted using grapes grown organically at Spier farm in Stellenbosch, and spent 24 months maturing in French Oak barrels. After 3 to 5 years, bring it out for a special dinner of grass-fed ribeye and truffled mash on a cold winter’s night.
