Baking Mix - Chocolate Brownie

Chocolate Brownie Cookies need no introduction! Simply make, bake & bite!  Super easy to make and guaranteed to put a smile on anyone’s face. Contains all dry ingredients along with a Recipe Card and step by step instructions.  Chocolate Brownie Cookie Baking Mix in a reusable 750ml glass jar.

• Each and every Jubey Jar is lovingly hand made with care and attention to ensure the layers of ingredients inside the jar look as beautiful as our lovely packaging outside the jar. Please note however that ingredients may settle and occasionally mix in transit. This won’t, in any way, affect the fun in baking or the yum in tasting!
• To make sure you get the most from your mix, the layers of ingredients really are packed in so if your kids have taken over your kitchen, they might need a hand in giving the jar a super-duper big shake to empty out all the contents.
• Jubey Jars contain all the dry ingredients you need along with a Recipe Card and step by step instructions. If you lose your recipe card, you can always access them via the product page tabs on our website.
• Shelf life: Up to 5 months

Wet ingredients to add: oil, eggs, vanilla essence. 

Whats Included:

• Flour
• Sugar
• Cocoa powder
• Brown sugar
• White sugar
• Chocolate chips
• White chocolate chips

What you need:

• 1 cup butter
• 2/3 cup oil
• 3 eggs
• 1/3 cup pecan nuts(optional)

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Grease one 9x9 baking pan
3. Pour the contents of the jar into a large bowl and mix well
4. Stir 1 tsp of vanilla. 2/3cup oil and 3 eggs
5. Beat until just combined
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes
7. Let it cool and enjoy
