This crisp wine consists of 37% Chardonnay; 33% Sauvignon Blanc; 24% Chenin Blanc; 5% Semillon; 1% Viognier.

TASTING NOTE: A lightly wooded white wine with grapefruit, lime, yellow apple, peach and subtle hints of vanilla spice and orange blossoms on the nose. The palate is creamy, yet fresh, crisp, and fruit-driven, with guava nuances, pear and litchi fruit. With a touch of residual sugar balanced and backed by a good acidity, this preserved dry wine is mouthwatering and lingers on the finish.
SERVE WITH: A versatile white wine that can be paired with various dishes, from interesting cheeses, salads, seafood (such as pan-fried salmon in a lemon butter sauce), to roasted chicken and creamy pastas or mushroom risottos.
