This red blend of 62% Merlot and 28% Cabernet Sauvignon comes from 19- to 20-year-old trellised vines planted on the southern end of Stellenbosch. The proximity to the cold Atlantic ensures optimal ripeness and elegant balance. After 3 to 5 years, bring it out for a special dinner of beef steak with truffled mash and roasted vegetables.
