TASTING NOTE: This wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, fermented cool to preserve freshness and aromatics. With the understated elegance of the vintage, intense tropical fruit aromas with passion fruit and green fig are most prominent on the nose; with a wonderful green bell pepper edge. The palate is full, fresh and mouth-watering with a well-balanced acidity.
SERVE WITH: Lively and refreshing, this is immensely appealing, whether as an apéritif or served with seafood, vegetable or lighter chicken dishes.
