Crafted from exceptional 29-year-old Cinsaut vines grown in the Voor-Paardeberg wine region near Paarl, this vintage brims with a perfumed nose of red cherries, raspberry and a hint of spice.

TASTING NOTE: Sweet red cherry, raspberry and red fruit pastilles aromas with a touch of perfume and spice on the nose. The palate is fresh and complex with black cherry fruit. A well-rounded wine with just enough texture and structure that wants you to want more.
SERVE WITH: Hot smoked salmon fillets, ratatouille, and tapas such as black olives and goats milk cheeses.
APPEARANCE: Clear, bright deep pink to pale ruby with a red hue.
